In case you want to reject a completed and already processed certificate, you can do so by following the below steps.

TIP: Please view the documentation on how to modify completed certificates or how to reject pending certificates if you want to want to perform any of those function instead.

Please keep in mind that access to certificate queues might be restricted for some user roles; please contact your EXEMPTAX account owner to check if you have sufficient access rights to perform this function.

1. On your Dashboard, click on "Certificates" and then select "Queues" to show a list of certificates. Select the certificate you want to reject by pressing on the relevant "Cert ID" button.

TIP: Set your "Certificate Status" filter criteria to include "Completed" as shown below.

2. When you entered the completed certificate process, you will be automatically directed to the "Classification Step" (Step 1). From there simply press the "Reject" button to proceed with the rejection of the completed certificate.

TIP: To view more details about this certificate, you can navigate to Step 2 ("Validation") and Step 3 ("Authentication") if this function has been utilized for this certificate.

3. As a last step, you will be asked to confirm the rejection of this certificate. Simply press "Reject Certificate" to proceed or hit "Cancel" to exit the process.
