From time to time there may be situations where legacy forms, which are no longer supported by states may not be in EXEMPTAX. If the EXEMPTAX team encounters any forms, which are outdated, we will reject those forms as part of our standard operating procedures. Remember that EXEMPTAX only supports the most current and up-to-date forms to ensure that auditors are satisfied. However, if you require support for any outdated forms due to certain business cases, please let us know and we’ll look into providing a personalized solution for you. Otherwise, it would be advisable to request and process a new and updated form for your customers to ensure you keep your certificates current.
