Your Shopify Platform can be integrated with EXEMPTAX using the Shopify - EXEMPTAX application. Please note that integration between systems is only available on select plans. To connect the platforms, you may do so using the steps outlined below: 

1. Once your EXEMPTAX account is setup, your account representative will send you via an email an authorization link enabling your Shopify Platform to connect and sync your customer records with your EXEMPTAX account. After you receive the link, please first log into your EXEMPTAX account by visiting https://app.exemptax.com. Continue by clicking on the install link that was provided to you.

Note: This should only take about a minute or two, and we would recommend doing this soon, as the install link is time sensitive and expires after a few days.

2. Once you click on the link, you will be directed to a screen in Shopify as shown below:

To continue, please click on the Install App button. After the app is installed, you will see EXEMPTAX listed in the Apps Section inside of your Shopify Platform:

3. Once the app is installed, please let your respective EXEMPTAX representative know so that they can confirm that synchronization has successfully begun on your account.
