The following documentation provides instructions on creating a custom user role needed to manage integration between NetSuite and EXEMPTAX.


1. Start by creating a custom role with access to all relevant subsidiaries by going to: 

  • Setup --> Users/Roles --> Manage Roles --> New.


Once there, please provide details regarding the following credentials:


  • Name
  • ID
  • Classic Center
  • Accessible Subsidiaries


Note: Please select "All" under the accessible subsidiary restrictions.



2. Next, please navigate to the "Permissions" tab and set the permission for "Documents and Files" and "Integration Applications" to "Full"


3. Then go to the "Setup" tab and set all below permissions to "Full". 


NOTE: Once done ensure to save the new role.
