After you purchased your Backlog Support Add-on Service, you will be enabled to upload your documents into your EXEMPTAX account. The EXEMPTAX team will then allocate the correct customer record based on you synchronized master records in EXEMPTAX and we will complete all validation steps for you per your validation rules.
