The following documentation provides instructions on how to manually upload single or mass certificates via drag and drop into EXEMPTAX.

TIP: EXEMPTAX supports direct integrations into several systems; please check out our support articles for more details.

Please keep in mind that access to the Certificate area might be restricted for some user roles; please contact your EXEMPTAX account owner to check if you have sufficient access rights to perform this function.

1. Click on the "Upload" button on the right top menu bar.

2. In the pop-up window, you can now either drag and drop your certificates from your computer. Once your certificates are successfully dropped, they will appear on the right hand side of the window. Press "Upload Files" to continue the process. 

TIP: If available, you can select the customer and jurisdiction directly in the pop-up window as per below example. However, those details are optional and you can select this during the validation process at a later time.

3. Once your certificates are successfully uploaded, you can access them by selecting the "Queues" area on the left menu. Ensure to set your "Certificate Status" filter to "Pending" to view your previously imported certificates.
