When you send USPS certificate campaigns in EXEMPTAX, your customers will receive a letter with an access code which will enable them electronically submit their exemption certificates. Unfortunately, there may be situations where USPS is unable to deliver the letter including delivery issues, bad addresses, or letter was returned to sender. In order to make sure you receive these letters, we recommend that you confirm that your return address is up to date. If you'd like to change your return address, you may do so by following the steps below: 

1. From the app header, navigate to your company settings (limited to administrators).

2. Click on Campaign Settings USPS, set your address, and hit Save Changes.
