When sending mass USPS certificate campaigns through EXEMPTAX, your customers will receive a letter with a unique and secure access code enabling them to electronically submit their exemption certificates via the EXEMPTAX CertDash portal.

1. From the app header, navigate to your "Company Settings" (1).

2. Navigate to the "Campaign Settings" (1) menu on the left and click on "USPS" (2) in the header. From there, maintain your USPS return address accordingly.
