We always recommend providing your up-to-date customer service email and phone numbers directly to your purchasers when utilizing EXEMPTAX for general certificate notifications, Email Campaigns, or USPS Campaigns to your customers.
The following documentation provides instructions on how to maintain your support contact detials in EXEMPTAX.
Please keep in mind that access to customer import might be restricted for some user roles; please contact your EXEMPTAX account owner to check if you have sufficient access rights to perform this function.
1. Select the icon "Company Settings" in your Dashboard.
2. Navigate to the "Campaign Settigns" (1) on the left menu and then click on "Customer Support" (2) tab in the header. From there you can maintain your support email and support phone number accordingly.
