The following documentation provides instructions on how to insert your company logo and icon into email and USPS certificate request campaigns for a better branded customer experience.
INFO: Custom branding is dependent on your individual service plan and might not be available for your account.
Please keep in mind that access to the Settings area might be restricted for some user roles; please contact your EXEMPTAX account owner to check if you have sufficient access rights to perform this function.
1. On the top menu, click on the "Settings" icon.
NOTE: The Settings function is limited to administrators only and you might not have sufficient access.
2. Once in the Company Settings area, click on "Profile" (1) and select the tab "Company Graphics" (2). From there, click on the empty "Company Logo" field (3), which will prompt you upload your custom logo.
NOTE: The Company Logo is restricted to a max width of 200px and the Company Icon has to be sized to 100px to 100px.
3. Once your logo has been successfully uploaded, it will appear in the Company Logo field. Press the "Save" (1) button to finalize. Your company graphics will be utilized immediately for email campaign submissions as well as USPS campaigns.
NOTE: You can maintain your company logo and company icon at any time by pressing the "Bin" (2) icon. This will remove the previously stored document so that you can upload a new logo or icon thereafter.
