In EXEMPTAX there may be times where you may want to modify certain properties of completed certificates to correct mistakes, update certificate data, or other necessary changes post completion. 


Please keep in mind that access to certificate queues might be restricted for some user roles; please contact your EXEMPTAX account owner to check if you have sufficient access rights to perform this function.


TIP: Please view the documentation on how to reject completed certificates, if you want to want to perform this function instead of making changes.


1. On your Dashboard, click on "Queues" (1) and then select the Certificate ID (2) you want to modify by pressing on the relevant "Cert ID" button.


TIP: Set your "Certificate Status" filter criteria to include "Completed" as shown below.


2. Once inside the completed certificate process area, you will be automatically directed to the "Classification Step". From there navigate to the "Certificate Details" (1)  area and peform the desired change accordingly.



3. In addition to the "Certificate Details" as outlined above, you can also add documents if needed by navigating to the "Attachment Details" (1) area.


4. As a final step, please confirm by accepting the changes and pressing the "Update" button.
