The following documentation provides instructions on how to retrieve a previously escalated certificate for further processing. 


Please keep in mind that access to the Certificate area might be restricted for some user roles; please contact your EXEMPTAX account owner to check if you have sufficient access rights to perform this function.


1. Go to "Queues" (1) on the left menu bar. From there ensure to change the "Certificate Status" (2) filter setting to "Escalated" and press the "Cert ID" (3) button to view a particular certificate.


TIP: You can view any comments directly from the "Queues" section by pressing the "+" symbol beside the Certificate Status.


2. Press on the "Escalated / View History" (1) button to expand all notes and comments and the escalation history (2).


TIP: You can further process this certificate through the functions button on the right top menu (3).


INFO: If your escalation has been resolved, you can simply use the "De-escalate" (3) button to push this Cert ID back into the general pending queue for further processing.
