Please follow the steps below to reset the password for your EXEMPTAX account.

Step 1. Open your web browser and navigate to https://app.exemptax.com/login and select Forgot Password.

Step 2. Enter the email address associated with your EXEMPTAX account in the designated field. 

Step 3. You will receive an email from EXEMPTAX containing a link and instructions to reset your password. Click the link and follow the prompts to create a new password. 

Note: EXEMPTAX's support portal requires a separate account with it's own password, and this account is different from the application login. If you are running into issues with password reset, please make sure you're on the correct page (https://app.exemptax.com/login) to reset your EXEMPTAX account password.
